Retreats

Retreats can play an important role in our relationship with God, allowing us the time and space to be present without other distractions. These intentional times can grow us closer to God, and when done in community, can foster deeper interpersonal relationships. Group retreats are either a weekend or a single day.

Cost: varies

I also offer individual directed retreats, which are three to five days. For the duration of the retreat, I provide a fifty-minute spiritual direction session each day. You can complete an individual directed retreat wherever you would like, and our daily spiritual direction sessions will take place via video call.

Cost: $30 per day

What People Have Experienced

“Nate led our group of about thirty guys with a sincere heart to reach each of us in a special way. He was able to accomplish just that with his excellent material and his personal testimony. The encouragement was fresh and active to allow the Holy Spirit to speak into each of our lives. I am grateful for his well-put together retreat.”

“I am so grateful to have participated in Vista Men’s Rule of Life Retreat. The material, presentation, setting, and pace of the retreat was outstanding and reflected the nature and intent of seeking and experiencing God at a deeper level. Thank you, Nate, for your thorough yet humble leadership of our training together!”

~Mark

“Going into the retreat weekend, I figured I’d learn some new rote prayers to add to the long list of things I felt like I ‘needed to do.’ The retreat was about prayer and spiritual disciplines, but I walked away with a fresh perspective in many areas of life and my relationship with God. Words alone cannot fully describe how fruitful this past weekend was for me and my family.”

~Brent

“Nate gently reminds us to remove the garments of our culture and put on the long-forgotten vestments of faith so we can enjoy the same vespers as our forefathers.”
